Every product we make
Three companies, twenty-eight products. One is a production studio, one is a technology company, one runs booking marketplaces. Everything below is a real product with a page you can open, and every scan-triggered object in the list runs on the same engine.
Ultimate Image Ltd
The production company. Film and photography made in house, personalised goods printed to order, and websites for small businesses.
- Trading
- Since 2004
- Company
- 12602498
- Base
- North Lincolnshire, working UK-wide
Production
Ultimate Image Productions
Film, video, drone and photography produced entirely in house, with 6K multi-camera kit, a licensed drone team and a full studio. The same team covers a single product video and a six-figure heritage or visitor-experience commission.
Personalised goods
UIMerch
Personalised merchandise and apparel printed to order from a catalogue of thousands of garments and accessories. Any club, academy, theatre or artist can run it as their own branded shop and set their own retail prices.
UIMedia
Printed media made on our own presses: mugs, prints, posters, canvases and stationery, personalised one at a time or in bulk. Partner organisations sell it under their own shopfront while we handle the production and the delivery.
UltimateCoins
Commemorative coins and medals for clubs, events, anniversaries and awards, designed with you and proofed before anything is struck. Each coin can carry a tap-or-scan link to a video, a gallery or a message.
Phone Banana
Custom phone cases at a flat price: pick the handset, choose a design or upload a photo, and see it on the case before you order. Every case is printed in our own workshop rather than drop-shipped.
Digital services
Ultimate Legacy
A guided way to record someone’s life story in their own words and turn it into a finished film. The family keeps the film and a physical keepsake that plays it back when tapped or scanned.
UI3D
Virtual tours that let anyone walk through a building, garden or venue from a link, captured on site and published in 4K. The same team does 3D design and printing for props, signage parts and short-run products.
Ultimate Online
Hosting, domains and servers for small businesses, run on UK infrastructure with the maintenance handled for you. It also covers building the site itself, from the copy and imagery through to launch.
UIAI
AI consultancy and done-for-you AI services for organisations that know they should be using it but not where to start. Delivery runs on our own platform, so the advice and the build come from the same place.
IQLabs Ltd
The technology company. It builds the engine behind every product that responds to a tap or a scan, and the platform businesses run their day on.
- Company
- 12077784
- Engine
- IQEX, shared by every IQ product
- Platform
- UIIQ, from £39 a month
Platforms
IQEX
The engine behind every IQ product: tap a chip or scan a code and the right video, guide, form or 360° environment opens on the visitor’s phone, with no app to install. Organisations can also build on it directly and see every scan that happens.
UIIQ
One subscription that replaces the separate booking, till, marketing, HR and admin tools a business ends up paying for. Attractions, venues and service businesses switch on only the parts they need, under a single login.
IQForms
Forms that guide people through with short videos, built for sectors where the answers matter and the record has to stand up. The organisation decides whether responses are stored securely with us or delivered straight into its own systems.
Tap or scan, and something happens
Beetag
Family adventure trails for towns, parks and heritage sites, where every waymarker unlocks a story, a character or a challenge on the phone. A site can run it as a ticketed trail, an annual licence or a sponsored campaign.
Living Paintings
Artwork that tells its own story: a visitor scans a painting, mural or plaque and hears it narrated, subtitled and in their own language. Museums, galleries, councils and heritage sites use it instead of handsets or an app.
IQSigns
House signs, door signs and cast heritage plaques that look the part and have a chip built in. On a heritage plaque the figure named on it tells their own documented story when you scan it.
IQPlates
A brushed steel, brass or slate plate for the counter, table or wall that sends a customer straight to your Google or Trustpilot review page. It collects reviews without anyone on your team having to ask for one.
IQCards
Smart business, ID and greeting cards that open a page on the other person’s phone the moment they are tapped. Your contact details, links and video land in their hand, and you can change what the card points at later.
IQBadges
Conference and event badges that do the introducing: attendees swap details with a tap instead of hunting for a pen. Organisers can add challenges and see who actually met whom.
IQPlant
Plant tags for nurseries and gardens that open a verified care guide covering watering, feeding, seasonal jobs and pet safety. A garden planner turns a postcode and a pin on the map into a planting plan from stock the nursery actually holds.
BedBud
Every sunbed carries a small e-ink tag showing whether it is free, reserved or in use, so a towel dropped at dawn no longer holds a lounger all morning. Guests pick a bed in the venue’s app and tap their phone on the tag to check in, and any bed nobody turns up for releases itself.
Enchanted Christmas
A personalised film in which Father Christmas talks to your child by name, about the things they actually care about. Parents order it from November and it arrives as a link they can keep.
IQDisplay
Turns any screen into a digital sign, menu board or interactive kiosk, driven from the same place you manage everything else. It caches what it needs, so a dropped connection does not take the screen down.
Knowledge and sector platforms
Ultimate Brains
Sector-by-sector knowledge from people who have actually done the job, which you can ask a question, listen to or watch. Thirty-eight sectors are covered, from care and construction to hospitality and sport.
CountryComp
Competition management for countryside and equestrian societies: entries, classes, results and league standings in one place. National bodies see every affiliated society’s results without chasing spreadsheets.
CountryShow
Where the public finds agricultural and country shows and buys tickets for them. Organisers get the ticketing, the trade-stand bookings and the gate scanning from the same account.
Direct Platforms Ltd
Talent booking marketplaces on one platform. Free to join and free to list, with commission charged only when a booking is actually made.
- Model
- 15% commission on a confirmed booking, nothing otherwise
- Suite
- Three marketplaces, one account
Marketplaces
Acts Direct
A booking marketplace where entertainers set their own prices and availability and venues book them without an agent in the middle. The contract and the payment are handled in the platform, so both sides are covered.
Actors Direct
The same marketplace for actors and performers, booked for corporate role-play, training scenarios, events and productions. Clients brief the role and see who is available and what they cost before they commit.
Testers Direct
Mystery shoppers recruited and sent out to the sites you want checked, reporting from their phone while they are still there. The visits are analysed and come back as one clear report rather than a pile of forms.
