2. About IQEX

IQEX is an interactive content and automation platform providing tools for creating, managing, publishing and connecting digital experiences, forms, media, training content, AI-assisted content, integrations and data workflows. The features available to you depend on your account type, subscription or agreed service package.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IQEX responsibly and lawfully. You must not use IQEX to break any law, upload harmful or infringing content, interfere with platform security, access systems you are not authorised to use, misuse APIs or integrations, or copy, resell or exploit the platform without our written permission. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Intellectual Property

IQEX and all associated software, content, design and branding are owned by or licensed to IQ Labs Ltd. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to store and deliver it as part of the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep IQEX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance or updates at any time and are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of IQEX. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before any claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be at this URL. Continued use of IQEX after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
